What We Offer: Personalized Occupational Therapy Sessions: Each session is customized to meet the specific needs of the client, focusing on improving the skills necessary for everyday activities, such as dressing, eating, or using mobility aids. Our therapists conduct thorough evaluations and create individualized treatment plans to achieve the client’s goals. On-Site Therapy: We provide on-site occupational therapy for schools, senior living facilities, healthcare institutions, and individuals at home. This allows for a hands-on approach in the client’s environment, ensuring that the therapy is both practical and effective for their daily routines. Virtual Therapy Sessions: Virtual occupational therapy sessions are also available, offering convenience and flexibility for clients who prefer or require remote support. These sessions include guided activities and personalized recommendations to promote continued progress from home. Service Structure: Per Session Basis: Occupational therapy services are offered on a per-session basis, with each session designed to address specific challenges related to the client’s daily functioning and independence. Retainer Rates Available: For clients with ongoing needs or long-term therapy requirements, we offer monthly retainer packages. These packages provide consistent care and cost savings, especially for institutions or individuals needing frequent therapy sessions. Cancellation Policy
NJTD is dedicated to providing flexible, high-quality services to our clients. To ensure fair scheduling and availability, we ask that you review and follow the policies outlined below when booking or canceling services. Booking Policy: Scheduling: All services, including therapy sessions and consultations, must be booked in advance via email, phone, or our online booking system. Confirmation: Once booked, you will receive a confirmation email with session details. Please check the date, time, and method (in-person or virtual) for accuracy. Rescheduling Policy: Notice: You may reschedule without penalty by providing at least 48 hours’ notice before the appointment. Late Rescheduling: If a rescheduling request is made with less than 48 hours’ notice, it will be treated as a late cancellation and may incur the full session fee unless there are extenuating circumstances. Cancellation Policy: Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled session. Cancellations made with proper notice will not incur a fee. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session will result in the full session fee being charged. No-Shows: If you miss a session without notifying us, it will be considered a "no-show" and the full fee will be applied. Multiple Cancellations: Cancellation Fee: If you cancel more than two sessions within a 30-day period, a $100 cancellation fee will be charged, even if notice is given. This policy ensures fair availability for all clients. Emergency Cancellations: We understand that emergencies happen. In such cases, please contact us immediately. Fee waivers may be granted on a case-by-case basis for emergencies. Retainer Clients: For clients with a retainer package, the same cancellation and rescheduling policies apply. Missed or late-canceled sessions cannot be carried over to the next period, but we will work to reschedule within the current period when proper notice is given.
